Membership Application/Renewal Form

If you wish to join or renew your membership, please complete the Membership Application Form below.

Our membership year runs from October 1st to September 30th. The dues are $50 for the year for all members or $25 dollars for new members only who join after February.

We would appreciate payment of dues by e-transfer if you are comfortable with this method. Otherwise, you can pay by cheque payable to the IWG at any meeting.

PLEASE NOTE:  Membership will not be confirmed until we receive payment of dues.
